Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Bridge Forward Foundation website ("Website," "Service," or "Site"), making a donation, volunteering, or otherwise interacting with our organization, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bridge Forward Foundation ("Foundation," "we," "us," or "our").

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Bridge Forward Foundation's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Donation Terms

When making donations through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Charitable Intent: All donations are voluntary charitable contributions made with donative intent
• Tax Deductibility: Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
• Payment Processing: All donations are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor
• Receipt Provision: You will receive an electronic receipt for tax purposes within 24 hours of your donation
• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information
• Authorization: You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided

Refund Policy

• Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
• Unauthorized use of payment method (with proper documentation)
• Donations made in error due to website malfunction

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to bridgeforwardfoundation@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line, including your donation receipt and explanation of circumstances.

Use of Donations

All donations will be used to support Bridge Forward Foundation's charitable mission of enriching lives through learning opportunities in sports and music education. Donations may be used for program expenses, administrative costs, and operational needs as determined by the Foundation's Board of Directors in accordance with our charitable purposes.

Acceptable Use and User Conduct
